A Series of Wonderful Events

I title this article, The Things I did this Weekend: A journey, by Jesse Gernigin

So this weekend I went to Las Vegas.  WoW! You may say, that is so cool? Did you do magic out there, did you gamble, did you see shows?

The short answer

Yes

Yes I saw a show, The Blue Man Group, it was fun and wild.

Yes I gambled, I won enough to pay for the entire trip minus cab, coffee and bottled water (alcohol was free)

I did no magic while there. It feels trite to walk into the tourist mecca and do tricks, I was there for an experience and wanted to remove myself from my normal state of mind.

So I made it back and I am just about caught up with the week.

O I also got laid over in SFO because United Airlines was unwilling to do anything about my missed flight (which I feel they should have because I missed the flight because of the flight I WAS ON). I want to issue a public offer to retract my statement that “United is a terrible customer service business” if they are willing to work this out with me.

But let’s not focus on my woes.

Got a lot of emailing done today, the new hypnosis show will be finished this week and my new website will be up and being built by the end of the week.

Outside of that I have finished the first 3 months on my diet! I am down over 60 lbs and have only 45ish more to go! The next 3 months will be interesting and I look forward to keep losing weight.
