Tomorrow I will be shooting my demo video!
I am excited and I hope this will be the first step in a long series of fortunate events that lead me away from my home town and out into the world to perform more!
I have fallen slightly off the diet wagon and gotten back on again. This isn’t too bad because I haven’t really gained any weight but I have stalled the weight loss and that is never fun.
That makes two times in six months. I like that. Too me that is a good number of stumbles for that amount of time. Normally when I did a diet, I did it half ass, and even then only with slight effort. Six months on Tim Ferris’s diet from The Four Hour Body has left me 89 lbs lighter and a hell of a lot healthier. I have 45 lbs to go so I am pumped!
I am back to writing too. I have started on Here There Be Monsters (tenative title…lol) instead of Springville Hill. I think I will swing into that soon but HTBM just wanted to come out, so I am letting it out!
